In an emergency situation, (active/prolonged bleeding, car accident, eye injury, heatstroke, snake bite, sudden collapse, gasping for breath, eating poison or toxic substance) there is nothing more important to us than getting immediate, quality care for your pet. That's why we've teamed up with PetNurse to provide consistent, reliable after-hours emergency, telehealth triage services for your small animals.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency during our normal business hours, please call us, and we will do our best to get you seen by one of the veterinarians.
Our after hours on-call service hours are as follows:
Small Animal (cats & dogs): Please call our office after hours (M-F after 5pm or on weekends) 719-275-6318, listen and select the correct option for small animal concerns. You will be connected to PetNurse and a licensed technician will help triage your call. This could be helping advise to schedule an appointment the following day OR If recommended you and your small animal may be referred to the urgent care facilities in Colorado Springs.
Large Animal (equine & cattle, other livestock): Please call our office after hours 719-275-6318, listen and select the correct option for large animal concerns.
